Thin aroma and dry taste. Beautiful acid and sapid notes that give elegance and complexity to this wine. A wonderful perlage.
Wine Aromas
Sea water, broom and lime, butter and aromatic herbs.
Aging
The stacked bottles rest for 30 months in the cellars before the "remouage". Lately they're dosed with the same wine and are capped with cork and wire. At least 3 months of refining are then necessary before putting this Franciacorta on the market.

Description
In the heart of Franciacorta, in Carmignone, lays the century-old accomodation with cellars and lands that witness the long wine-growing tradition inherited by the Barboglio family in 1836. This vocation was developed by Emanuela Barboglio and the newly-born DOC Franciacorta. Since 1976 the farm was called "Mosnel", local for scree, bunch of pebbles, where the Farm lays.
