During our several trips to Tuscany, we realized that our main worry was just to discover outstanding red wines. Suddenly we couldn't help but wonder: what about Tuscany's great white wines? This selection was born mainly out of our curiosity and the idea to break the rules. We took several samplings until, one day, a special tasting showed us the way. We discovered a very peculiar white wine that holds Tuscany's white wine secret- Vernaccia di San Gimignano. We then followed our intuition and this selection is the answer to all our question on Tuscany's white wines. Some of them are just fantastic, some others are charming in their fruity simplicity.
