  1. How can I purchase the DW Selections?

    All DesignWine Selections and accessories displayed on designwine.com can be purchased directly online on the website www.designwine.co.uk through a purchasing procedure that will take you step by step to the completion of your online order, the payment and forwarding to our Commercial department. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@designwine.com or call us at +39 0541 810231.

  2. Are the prices on your website inclusive of VAT and transportation?

    Yes, the prices on our website are always inclusive of VAT and transportation on the British mainland, because we look for simplicity and clarity when purchasing and most likely you do as well.

  3. Which payment methods would you suggest/recommend as the safest to purchase on designwine.com?

    We suggest Credit Card or Pre-paid Card payment, but you can also wire transfer any amount through your bank. All financial information required in the sales transaction will be encoded and transmitted to our banking institution partners, which provide the online payment services, without any third party's access.

  4. I most likely will not be home during the day. Do you deliver at my workplace?

    Of course we do, you can always enter a shipping address (your office, your next door neighbors, your friends, etc.), which can be different from the invoicing address (your home address, for example). You will always receive an email or text message informing you on the delivery status. Moreover, you can monitor your shipment online at any time.

  5. We are interested in Corporate Gifting, can we order your Selections or other products as corporate gifts or incentive to our staff and partners? Can you ship directly to a third party?

    We will gladly take care of your clients' gifting for any occasion, not only At Christmas time but throughout the year, even to simply make your meetings special or to tastefully underline a business meeting or a company visit. We can deliver directly to your clients or bulk deliver to your Company. Call us and we will be happy to help you enhance your relationships.

  6. Should the parcel be delivered to me damaged or wine-stained, what should I do?

    Should you receive some visibly damaged, broken or wine-stained parcels from the DesignWine appointed courier, please reject the delivery. We will take care of the recovering of the goods and the issue of a new shipment.
    Should the shipment include multiple boxes and not all of them be damaged, please reject the faulty box only and sign the delivery slip "with reserve". DesignWine will take care of the damaged box and will substitute it for a new one. Any delivery expense for the return of a damaged box and shipment of a new one are entirely covered by DesignWine.

  7. Do you reply only by email or can I contact you over the phone?

  8. Can my minor son receive one of your parcels on my behalf?

    No, in compliance with the current laws and regulations on alcohols and spirits purchase, DesignWine does not sell wine nor spirits to anyone below the age of 18 years and also the receiver of any DesignWine parcel shall be over the legal age limit. Our website designwine.com is also limited to people that are 18 years old and over.

  9. How long does it take to receive a delivery in the UK mainland?

    A delivery in UK typically takes two working days upon reception of payment, but it could be delayed due to particular geographic conditions, stock levels or bad weather. Any delays that exceed 48 hours will be communicated.
